Consultations are either over phone or video.
I’ll ask about what’s been going on and whether there are any specific kinds of help you are looking for
You can ask me questions about my therapy style and my clinical experience
You can also ask me any practical questions you might have about therapy with me, such as scheduling and fee questions

For over 45 years, ANAD has provided free peer support to those struggling with an eating disorder. ANAD’s free, eating disorders Helpline is available to provide emotional support and referrals. Call for any of the following reasons:
